Will Roman Reigns vs Sheamus be good?

2015 is almost over, and in my mind…the worst year WWE has had for a long time, the worst in living memory…no one saw this coming if you ask me, I mean I know we kicked the year off badly with Roman Reigns winning the Royal Rumble, the guy was booed out of the arena and was booed so bad that even the Rock couldn’t save him from it! Don’t mention Fastlane….don’t get me wrong, some PPV’s were good, I enjoyed Wrestlemania, Battleground, Summerslam and Elimination Chamber, Hell In A Cell was ok as well but as for the rest….Survivor Series was just awful…when you thought WWE couldn’t do worse than Fastlane…Bang!

Ignore this guy, he doesn’t need to come back right now, according to WWE anyway!

Will this match be any good at all, is it a worthy match to main event the last PPV of the year…well yes, well this PPV at least because TLC is the least important PPV of the year if you ask me, I mean it’s never included in the Best PPV Matches of the Year DVD’s they release every year…for some reason??  I mean for a PPV that is all about Tables, Ladders and Chairs, it should be awesome, a PPV that we all look forward too but I know I can skip this one and more than likely have the outcomes that I am guessing will happen, will ACTUALLY happen!

I mean if I were to predict this match, I would easily say that Sheamus will retain his Championship via outside interference from the League of Nations, screwing Reigns once again, hence the fans feeling sorry for him and he has to work his way back into contention for another shot….a.k.a win the Royal Rumble…again. I mean he has to win the Rumble! There is only one championship the winner can go for and we all know Reigns will win it soon, whether they pull the trigger before Wrestlemania is another matter…if it is at the Royal Rumble or even TLC, the question would be then…who faces him at Wrestlemania? Is another part timer going to win the Royal Rumble Match

I have on many sites that Brock Lesnar could win the Royal Rumble! As awesome as this could be…is it really the solution, rely on a guy that rarely shows up…is that the solution to solving the dropping ratings? I don’t think so because it’s not long term, only a temporary one! I would rather see this guy win the Royal Rumble

I still think that Dean Ambrose going to face a heel Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania would be a million times better than Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania…what is it with WWE and having the same main event at Wrestlemania over and over?  I mean why does WWE rely so much on Part Timers, rather than wrestlers that come out week in and week out!

Do we need this again?

We’ve seen Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar already…we’ve seen Cena vs Rock twice and HHH and Undertaker 3 times…can we have something new please?  Ambrose vs Reigns would be better! miles better! I don’t mind Reigns being in the main event but why does he need to face Lesnar again…because last years match got interrupted? Only difference will be Reigns likely having the championship….could be worse…we could have Sheamus main eventing Wrestlemania! Remember…before Seth Rollins got injured….we heard that WWE, they had no plans to have him in a major match?!

But that’s another matter, who should win the Royal Rumble match because we have to get past TLC first… the question is will this upcoming PPV match be good? Is it worth paying to see? I mean a lot of people still boo Reigns because they don’t want to be force fed and be told who to like, it’s being forced and people don’t like that, however many cheer Reigns…maybe some just can’t see the point of fighting it…it’s going to happen, just accept it because WWE will keep trying to make you like Reigns, he is the next big star, nothing can be done about that because people still turn up to shows and buy merchandise, you can moan online all you want, if you can’t keep away from WWE, this is what you are going to get, WWE still earns so much money from so called fans who are upset with their product…you can’t keep away, can you?

The last segment on Raw which involved Roman Reigns and Sheamus failed but I think it’s because Roman Reigns humiliated Sheamus, I mean he embarrassed him and made him look like a weakling, questioned his manhood and made the WWE Champion look as much as threat as a puppy would be if one were to face Roman Reigns…get rid of the chair, table and ladder and I’ll come in the ring…really…name calling is meant to make us want to watch…it was horrible, just awful really because Reigns destroys Sheamus and insulted with petty names…what is this, a wrestling program or a High School Drama spat between 2 jocks?

I know heels act a tad cowardly but I’m not going to look at Sheamus and think he’s a coward! No way so why should I believe WWE when they try to portray him as such…or feel sorry for Roman Reigns? Just shut up and fight, plenty of weapons around you, go crazy! If they just shut up and wrestle, I might enjoy it more but it has to be a 10 minute drama before they get things going!  This is the last PPV of 2015 before we start the Road to Wrestlemania! Nothing to special sadly because you just know WWE will make this match just so we can feel sorry for Roman once again! they won’t make him champion yet, we will have to wait a bit longer and if you think this is the worst WWE can get…you’ll about to be rudely awakened…why is that…well…this

The Authority

These two will just come out and put challenges ahead of Roman Reigns, he’s the champion and they can’t stand that because he won’t do what they say…so every week, Raw will start with a boring promo, mostly by Stephanie McMahon, a woman who loves her voice way too much! Kind of finished off by Triple H…which Roman Reigns will point out…because HHH is a girl according to Reigns….more name calling, wonderful WWE….it’s a shame you don’t promote anti bullying or anything like that…

This Sunday, it could be a good match but if you ask me, it won’t rescue WWE from fans calling 2015 the worst year WWE has ever had…I guess the next question would be…will 2016 fall to the same fate or will things turn around…I’m not hopeful, I’m afraid that 2016 will just see things get worse…

Why I Hate WWE 1

2015, WWE is…well It has gotten to a point where we all fear watching Raw because deep down…we all know it’s going to suck! I mean I can’t remember a time where so many people have disliked episode after episode, PPV after PPV and no matter how many people voice those concerns, WWE ignores them every single time because they think their plans are golden!  Here are just some things that have gone wrong for WWE this year…badly…this year has to be  one of the worst in WWE’s history!

• Roman Reigns- Now this one is obvious, no one can deny that Roman Reigns has been shoved down our throats by WWE this year! The Royal Rumble was atrocious! One of the worst things I have ever seen the WWE put on as a PPV this year! What was so bad about this particular Rumble was that everyone already knew who was going to win it! It had been obvious since the summer prior that Reigns was going to win the match and no one liked that at all and the fact that WWE ignored that, they chose to look the other way to fans expressing their dislike for the idea that Roman Reigns would go on to face Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 31! We watched Reigns lose at Wrestlemania, only to go into a long feud with Bray Wyatt for the summer, only to go straight back into the Championship Picture…for 5:15 😀 Along the way, we have seen terrible promos and matches which have been cringe worthy, he’s gone from being called Cena 2.0 to Daniel Bryan 2.0! Also we all know eventually he will be given the Championship and we will have a long reign with him…whoopee!
• Sheamus-  Let’s go to the ginger mohawk! We saw him return after Wrestlemania to take out the smaller wrestlers, I.E Ziggler, Bryan etc and we saw pretty decent matches but they never really lead anywhere and all we had from audiences was ‘You Look Stupid’ Eventually, Sheamus won Money In The Bank which annoyed everyone! No one wanted Sheamus to win the match because he’s had his chances and he’s failed to deliver each time, why is this time any different? His new theme song? Recently we saw Sheamus cash in his contract and win the Championship against Roman Reigns after 5:15 😀 Funny how two of the main problems to WWE’S problems ended up being on top of the mountain!
• The Writers- Whoever writes the story lines for WWE is terrible, they need to rehire a whole new team if you ask me, get rid of Kevin Dunn! Please! What you are doing isn’t working…not even close yet you seem to think that everything will be ok…is that because of Wrestlemania? You have to give us good story lines going into Wrestlemania…you know that right? Roman Reigns to be the next big star….not everyone is happy with that because you book him in all the wrong ways…he’s terrible as a face, he pulls stupid faces, messes up his lines and he pretty much has a limited move set which one of them is a punch…I get it with Big Show because he has a giant fist…why would I feel like Roman Reigns has a powerful punch? Also, out of all the ideas you could have come up with, you couldn’t put Dean Ambrose on top as a major heel? He was the leader of the shield at one point? Or Roman Reigns to turn on Dean and a big push for the Lunatic Fringe? So much better than Sheamus…But no…If your goal is to get people talking about your product, surely more positive comments would be better than negative ones! TLC’S main event is Sheamus vs Roman Reigns…not the way I thought we’d be ending the year! The Divas Revolution- Has anything been good about this idea? I mean can you even say it was good that Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch were brought up to the main roster anymore? I don’t think so because their characters are so different and more boring…well maybe Sasha is still the same but the matches are so much more poorer than the ones in NXT! Charlotte is a poor Champion, bland and a boring Face and a Heel turn is needed to get people interested in her again! Paige’s character is old now… I don’t care if she’s crazy…she loses every important match! however the worst thing about all of this is that eventually, we all know that Eva Marie will come back, she will be pushed like Roman Reigns is and we will all hate it, the Divas will just go back to where they were…only even lower because no Diva is worse than Eva Marie…not even the Bellas! The teams were a bad idea because their is only one championship for them to fight over! We all know Sasha will turn face and it won’t go well because WWE will screw it up…Paige will get a million shots before Nikki comes back and that’s the plans for the Divas for the foreseeable future, more heels than faces as we speak…seems on Becky Lynch is a face…well one we should care about anyway….Natalya became irrelevant the minute she started hanging out with Khali and Hornswoggle!
• Lack Of Faith In Wrestlers- Let’s have a think here…how many wrestlers can you think off who deserve to be on top of the mountain, only to really suffer in mid card purgatory?

2. Dolph Ziggler (We all know this Story)
3. Kevin Owens
4. Bray Wyatt (Lost To Roman Reigns, Undertaker, Not Won A Championship yet!)
5. Tyler Breeze
6. Neville
7. Rusev (Buried By Cena)
8. King Barrett (Destroyed by King Of The Ring)

Just some that come to mind that should be succeeding in WWE, putting on matches that make us talk about them for years to come, however…Roman Reigns and Sheamus are on top…because they are favored backstage…so that’s all that matters!

• The Announce Team- I don’t know who’s worse, Byron Saxon or Micheal Cole…I used to think that no one could be worse than Cole but WWE, you had to prove me wrong! I can’t stand Saxon…he is beyond terrible and his commentary is abysmal…I couldn’t give a crap about anything he says or thinks…Jerry Lawler is miles better! Even JBL is a bit bad from time to time…I don’t want other sport events that happen in the middle of a wrestling match…Wayne Rooney is Manchester United and England Captain, I DON’T CARE, FOCUS ON THE MATCH! New Day had you guys all over the place when they were on commentary, even the Prime Time Players mentioned that you guys go off topic!

Next Time, we look at more wrestlers that haven’t lived up to expectations, Bad Pay Per Views and Ideas that have made 2015 the worst year for a long time!

Raw Preview: Will Raw Suck?

WWE Raw tonight…my hopes aren’t high to be honest, I mean Sheamus is the WWE Champion, Roman Reigns still sucks on the mic and the Divas Revolution is long dead in the water, not to mention the countless injuries at the moment…not much to get excited about really but what can WWE do to save ratings?

Would putting the belt on Roman Reigns save ratings? I have no idea because do people really want somebody that will just be shoved down our throats and appear to be invincible, a.k.a the next John Cena as champion. It’s weird because the wrestlers that fans want to succeed, such as

• Dean Ambrose
• Dolph Ziggler
• Cesaro
• Bray Wyatt
• Kevin Owens
• Sasha Banks
• Rusev
• Paige
• BNB

Yet instead we get

• Roman Reigns
• Sheamus
• ADR
• Brock Lesnar

Oh joy, oh excitement, that is sure to get the spirits of fans up and make us want to buy Network Subscriptions and get excited for Wrestlemania or the Royal Rumble! By the way, give Reigns the belt at TLC, please! That is better than having Roman Reigns win the Royal Rumble again…please…I love the Royal Rumble…do not ruin a 3rd one for me!

Look at that, doesn’t that look like a PPV you’d pay 9.99 a month for? I wouldn’t! But how is WWE in this situation? It has so many great wrestlers and that includes Roman Reigns but the storylines and hashtag rubbish we get week in, week out is frustrating! The announce team are the worst! They barely pay attention to what is actually going on and wrestling feels more like a soap drama, rather than a sport…But the worst thing I find is the Authority…Triple H and Stephanie McMahon…more Steph really, she adds nothing to the program…just screams into a mic for 20 minutes at the start of more shows, putting most of the audience asleep or making people change the channel!

I always have hope that one day, WWE will wake up and shock us all somehow by…I don’t know…give the fans what they actually want! Listen to what fans are telling you…because no one was craving Sheamus as WWE Champion….people would be more bothered about Roman Reigns if he was a heel…keep Paige off the Mic….Keep the Authority off TV…Let Dean Ambrose win the Intercontinental Championship…Keep New Day as they are!

The Divas are a mess but I ain’t going into that, we all knew WWE would screw it up, they always do with the Divas because…I don’t even know…how do you make Charlotte so boring and rubbish, she can wrestle but her personality is horrible….I couldn’t care less if she was Ric Flair’s daughter if she’s just going to cry most weeks and Paige….how is the PTO on the announce table any more painful than in the ring? Why is Team Bad still about…Naomi’s entrance music is so bad…not as bad as Brie Bellas though!

You never should have put the two belts together! Two belts would have saved your asses right now! The internet might not have been as annoyed if at least one good wrestler was a World Champion, let the Raw Champion be your stale Roman Reigns or Sheamus, as long as Bray Wyatt or Cesaro or even Dean Ambrose as your WHC which might make Smackdown watchable again! But no, we have one World Champion which is either someone no one wants or a part timer! well done WWE! I’ll watch but I hate you so much for what you are doing to a company I couldn’t live without in 2003…now…I think I could go without if things keep going this way!

WWE Survivor Series 2015 Sucked!

 

 

 

 

Roman Reigns (spoiler free) Well it was kind of obvious! But wait…hang on, we have something even worse…has Fastlane been pipped for worst PPV of the year? Well this was the one ending that I thought would be worse than this one could have been

Was this really the best that WWE could have come up with? Sheamus cashes in his Money in the Bank contract moments after Roman Reigns wins the WWE WHC and after a brief match, Sheamus wins the championship and Twitter exploded as everyone was furious that WWE decided to go along with this! Especially with how the ratings have been going lately, this is the worst time to pull this angle off. When your ratings are so low down, you don’t pull this move off…it is so unpopular because Sheamus is so stale and boring, I won’t be shocked if ratings continue to fall even more now!

So, Roman Reigns has won the belt, at long last but guess what…it meant nothing! Sheamus has pretty much made the last year of Roman Reigns scratching and clawing his way back to the top after the last Royal Rumble, it all came to about three minutes before it was all gone…now he is a former WWE Champion that even Kane can say he’s had a longer reign than!

Worst thing is that now that Roman Reigns has actually won the belt, will fans feel bad for him or even care if he goes for it again? I mean this is Daniel Bryan style all over again! Difference being that more than likely, the fans would be more behind Daniel Bryan over Roman Reigns, any day! The fans may struggle to really care about Sheamus vs Roman Reigns, I mean Roman Reigns has won the belt now…even if he goes on to win the belt at Wresltemania 32…will it have had the same impact it could have had, now that it won’t be his first time? I doubt it now because that means that we will have to have Roman Reigns re win the Royal Rumble, NOOOOOO! Are you serious, two years in a row, WWE, HAVE YOU NOT LEARNT ANYTHING? The last 2 Royal Rumble Matches have ended with the winner being booed out of the arena! 3 though? THIS IS WHY HAVING ONLY 1 MAIN BELT IS A TERRIBLE IDEA!

WWE, you clearly don’t care what the fans want because I highly doubt many people begged you to put the Championship on Sheamus, I don’t care who he’s friends with…your losing ratings! Get your head together! Please…this is pathetic now!

We need 2 Belts again, especially in this situation, be good to bring ratings back up because even if Sheamus was WWE Champion, hopefully, someone decent would be WHC!

TLC Main Event will be Sheamus vs Roman Reigns….in a TLC Match?? Subscribe Now for this 5 Star Match! Says No one with a brain!

And what about Dean Ambrose now? Where does he go? Well he could go back to the feud he was meant to have and challenge Kevin Owens for the Intercontinental Championship at TLC. Hope so, give him some gold, he deserves it!

Next up, we have the Brothers of Destruction take on the Wyatt Family and well…apart from the dedication to the Undertaker on his 25th anniversary, it wasn’t anything special…4 men in their primes are dismantled and destroyed by two men on their way out slowly! I don’t mind these two winning but it was no contest, I didn’t think for a second that the Wyatt’s looked like they were going to ever win the match, not even close!

It is never bad to lose to Undertaker, no way but the Wyatt’s, Bray mainly is now nothing more than some creepy hippy that’s bark is worse than his bite and that he is a weakling that has 3 bigger guys do most of the work for him but even they were man handled by Undertaker and even Kane (Can’t remember the last time he ever did that) So yeah, glad Brothers won but man, who can take the Wyatts seriously now?

The Divas….that match was horrible, so horrible, it was cringeworthy! It was so boring and lacking and how?? After that moment on the weeks Raw with Paige…how the heck did WWE screw this up? it was a bad match, so why should we care about the Divas Revolution again? Charlotte is actually worse than Nikki Bella, CONGRATULATIONS WWE, you made your point, you can make someone worse than the Bella Twins?! and Charlotte shouldn’t be in this position because she can wrestle, she is a good wrestler but her character is the most boring I’ve seen in so long…I’d rather have Roman Reigns on the microphone than you because at least he doesn’t copy The Rock’s catchphrases unlike you who does nothing but do that! We know your Ric Flair’s daughter, what do you want a medal?! Just wrestle like we know you can and create your own gimmick! Before it’s too late and fans just don’t care anymore because that audience couldn’t have cared less about you last night…you were boring, you have no real character and I dare say your becoming the most boring Divas Champion of this year!

Also Paige…what kind of threat is she now??? Another dog with a big bark but a pathetic bite! No, it is not your house! Your lucky to still be in it to be honest…your gimmick is boring now because being crazy just doesn’t work any more….still better than Becky Lynch though who honestly, is screwed because she has become a boring sidekick that I can’t take seriously…I don’t seriously expect Becky Lynch to get a Championship run any time soon, not with best mate Charlotte there…maybe if Paige had won the belt but not now…never thought I’d say this but I’d rather have Nikki Bella as Champion and it pains me to say so…unless Sasha Banks is given a chance! Divas are in trouble!

Best Match was either Kevin Owens vs Dean Ambrose or Roman Reigns vs ADR but my best bit of the night was to have Goldust back! That’s right, his return was my highlight of this abysmal night! Undertaker and Kane buries Wyatts, Divas fail to deliver, Dean Ambrose, KO and ADR and even Roman Reigns all lose, well Reigns won and lost but Sheamus leaves Atlanta with the Championship….Wonder how Raw will go? Probably with the Authority in the ring….When’s Cena back again?

 

Stupid With WWE: Divas Revolution

You know what’s stupid in WWE….

That’s stupid in the WWE right now…seriously if you’ve watched WWE at all since the summer, you’ll have noticed WWE’s lamest attempt to make the Divas relevant since this bore fest came into existence, one that WWE may never recover from

Don’t get me wrong, many people enjoy this show and that’s fine but it doesn’t make Women’s Wrestling any better and how bad must the Divas Division have really been if they needed this show in the first place? I don’t recall their being a Total Divas show when Trish Stratus or Lita were about…and what is so revolutionizing about it anyway…3 new Divas come up from NXT, wrestle some tag matches and single matches in 3 teams and spend the rest of the time bickering about who started this nightmare…why would you be proud of that…and I thought Roman Reigns was shoved down the fans throats…I mean how can we as fans take the Divas seriously when Nikki Bella is the longest reigning champion and this atrocity is going to come up sooner or later to the roster

       God help us all!

Not to mention in the last few weeks….Veteran Natalya randomly returned on Raw and they even mentioned her not being around for months…well to be honest…I forgot all about her not being on the show but can you blame me for that…it’s probably because she was awful in her last stint…I have never gotten the obsession over her…what because she trained in the Hart Dungeon?? When did she last hold the championship…or do anything that any one actually cared about…I mean being with the Great Khali and Hornswoggle, that was great! seems so long ago that she was a part of the Divas of Doom! Anyway, the point is that this so called revolution has been a joke, never interesting at all…nothing has changed apart from the Divas Championship being defended even less then before…Paige can’t get a win or a decent crowd response when she’s on the mic…I watched the episode where she tried to do the same as A.J Lee and have a pipe bomb moment….it was flatter then you’d expect it to be for what she was saying and yes that maybe because of the crowd that night but even the part where she mentioned the Bellas getting where they are bit…almost nothing and I’m British yet think she should lay off the mic and just wrestle!

And I move on to Charlotte now, the new champ…you know the Diva that’s Dad got her in the door… now I never intend to defend the Bellas! But how is what they’ve done that much different to having a parent get you into the WWE, not to mention the Divas Championship? how’s that any different? She’s bad on the mic and acts like her Father way too much…you know what would be interesting, going out on your own and not riding your Father’s coat tails! AND STOP CRYING ALL THE TIME…your voice sounds so flat on the mic that I forget that Paige has issues on the mic!

Not to be rude here but who is Becky Lynch exactly…I can’t watch NXT so I only hear about the show but out of all the Divas that have come up onto the main roster, she’s bored me so much…I just don’t get it…at least Charlotte and Paige have been inserted properly into this Revolution, I always just get the feeling that Becky Lynch is there just for the sake of it…heck even Brie Bella has a more legit reason to be in this story line…she just stands behind Charlotte every episode and compared to Paige and Charlotte doesn’t have that much of a personality as of yet…no wonder some don’t think she’ll go far in WWE at the moment…I want her to but she won’t if she just stands along side Charlotte…turn on her and stand on your own I say…this whole team thing is stupid anyway…I mean would Naomi and Tamina really be happy if Sasha won the Championship? I mean Paige lost the plot…the only reason the teams exsist is because of the Bellas….if they go then their probably won’t need to have teams anymore…Sasha, Becky and Charlotte can shine like in NXT and we can all be happy!

Sasha Banks…now that’s the best thing since Paige and A.J Lee to come out of NXT, clearly the best wrestler in this revolution and needs to win that Championship…make that happen WWE! Now that would make the Revolution a bit better but no more Bellas and for the love of everything that is holy…get Naomi a new finisher….using your Rump is not a finisher! The only thing this revolution has somewhat done is stopped everyone from using their matches as bathroom breaks…only because they last a little longer now so even if you do go….you’ll be back before it finishes so you’ll have to see some of the match anyway….I bet you’d hear BRIE MODE! anyway wherever you are…you poor thing must hurt your ears with that ear piercing cry!

I hear that the Bellas might be leaving WWE (Please God) so if so…I’d just love this scenario to come full circle on their final night 

do that WWE, have Kharma return and destroy the Bellas and you have a Revolution as far as I’m concerned! Imagine Sasha Banks vs Kharma, Charlotte vs Kharma or Paige vs Kharma, I’d watch any of those matches any day but since it’s WWE, it’ll never happen because when do they do things that the fans actually want….I mean how many people actually wanted Cena to be 1 behind Ric Flair for reigns?

I mean we can’t lose the Bellas…not when they do great acting like this!

To have a Revolution, it would have been so much better if WWE hadn’t had a grudge against A.J Lee…sorry but EVERYONE knows why the Bellas are where they are…WWE can’t fool anyone thanks to the Internet and having Nikki Bella have that belt as long as she did in my opinion undermines Women Wrestling, I mean if Paige, Sasha Banks, Natalya and yes Charlotte have it, it’s a lot better because those women can actually wrestle and the fans know can put on a show because I don’t really care what a woman looks like in the ring, as long as she can wrestle then I’ll watch her and be a fan because it’s about talent and passion for what your doing but I always feel that WWE just cares about appearance sometimes… but because WWE has this obsession with putting anyone who looks pretty into the ring and give them a belt that they’ll be an inspiration…you mean like Kelly Kelly Summer Rae, Lana or Maria? but don’t get me wrong it’s not only women where the wrong people get belts…Hornswoggle was a champion once…Great Khali…Santino Marella…Heath Slater….maybe

I honestly didn’t think that the WWE could make the Divas any more boring to watch…well they always find new ways to prove me wrong…well cut the soppy drama story lines, cancel Total Divas! XFL was a better idea! get Sasha Banks vs Paige for Wrestlemania on the cards and perhaps even Women Tag Team Championships…you have many Divas but only one championship for them to fight over and cut down the stupid promos you have for Divas…how amny more Miz TV’s can we take?…and they wonder why the ratings continue to slip every week…oh well, I can hope that a decent change for the Divas happens sooner rather than later but at least Sasha Banks is a shining light that could save this horrible story line….Charlotte needs a bit of work as does Paige and Becky needs more than that…The Bellas are a lost cause and as for Naomi and Tamina…I’m undecided whether I’ll care for them again or not…still debating if watching paint dry is more interesting then the Divas Revolution.

Divas Revolution…Really?

I know we should give it more time perhaps but has the WWE Divas Revolution been successful so far??? Not in my opinion and I’ll tell you why

No Tittle defenses so far

Nikki Bella has not defended her championship ever since Stephanie McMahon announced the so called revolution, all we’ve really had are a few tag team matches and some single competition and a triple threat really but no actual Championship match and I can’t understand why they would do this…unless to try to take our attentions away from Nikki Bella closing in on A.J Lee’s record which for some stupid reason WWE want to happen, way to go WWE, you’ve pretty much sailed your Divas down the river if Nikki Bella is to be your longest reigning Divas Champion….pathetic if you ask me and it’s not sour grapes or I’m not giving her a fair chance, she’s been around for years now and all they have done, The Bellas is talk trash and cheat…that and sleep to the top…how is that an example to follow because no WWE, we aren’t stupid…we have the internet and we all know Nikki and Brie are married to two very high profiled stars in Daniel Bryan and John Cena

So will there be a Championship Match at Summerslam, wasn’t one at Battleground, I swear WWE doesn’t even try to hide the fact that Nikki Bella will be champion for the foreseeable future, they don’t even try anymore if you ask me! Nikki will retain at Summerslam, whoever she faces and soon enough, people will lose interest in the so-called revolution and even if someone defeats Nikki for the championship…they’ll screw it up somehow and make a mockery of their championship reign (i.e Kane style)  so if we’ll just have Nikki Bella in charge for a while more before someone takes her belt….I don’t call it a revolution…more of a long campaign but a Revolution is meant to be quick and swift

It’s just a couple of new Divas??

All that has happened is three Divas have come from NXT to WWE….not that special really because they are on Raw….not on NXT, hereby they play by WWE’S Rules now…as in it doesn’t matter if you were the best in NXT, if Vince get’s tired of you…you won’t get high up and successful…so how long until they get bored with this ‘revolution’ and we all pretend it never happened..I’ll give it until….The Royal Rumble…

Paige isn’t all that

Now before I get ripped on for saying this, hear me out…when Paige arrived from NXT to WWE, I was so happy, even though I had never seen NXT before…it was a good moment, even if her first match kind of sucked and was rushed but since then, we’ve seen her…turn crazy?! in that time when all the Divas were doing it…A.J Lee, Paige, Alica Fox…was it to get noticed or something but with Paige…the gimmick has always stuck and I ask myself

Why?

Why was Paige suddenly very Anti Social and against all the other Divas…betraying them at every turn….yes it was obvious that no one would want to work with her but she is a good wrestler, a two-time Divas Champion who can wrestle circles around the Bellas…still makes me laugh how WWE attempts to make the Bellas look like credible wrestlers….face it WWE, it will never happen! can’t they just let Paige wrestle without people thinking she’s crazy….the gimmick is old and not as good as when A.J Lee did it but as we all know..WWE will flog that horse long after its dead then wipe it off the face of the Earth…who’s A.J Lee again…CM Punk…even Hulk Hogan! who are those people again?

I’m even getting tired of Paige people and I’m British! she’s a great wrestler, just don’t let her talk so much… all she does is these boring backstage talks with her team and I always feel like…she just can’t be that bothered to be honest…nothing against any of the Divas talking….but out of all of them, only 5 of them don’t annoy me when they talk and they are

• Naomi
• Sasha Banks
• Charlotte
• Becky Lynch
• Tamina Snuka

The Bellas and Paige are just horrible when they talk…The Bellas because of those stupid whinny, never-ending voices of theirs and Paige…she just sounds uninterested and it’s obvious she is only acting, clear as day but the others, it looks and sounds very real!

Hopefully things will get better soon…as long as Stephanie McMahon stays away…please

The Matt Attack! Raw is Potatoes

Hello and welcome to the 2nd edition of the Matt Attack! Where we review the latest episode of WWE the production…I mean wrestling show and we are at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh!

We kick off with the Apex Predator Randy Orton making his way to the ring with the Authority already in the ring and we learn that the main event will be a handicap match with Seth Rollins and Randy Orton facing the number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Roman Reigns. Kane welcomes back Orton to the Authority as does Big Show (If you can hear him over the booing) but Jamie Noble doesn’t trust Randy

Why is this happening, seems like a match kicking off Raw would have been better, I mean we all know that Randy will eventually attack Rollins, setting up there match at Wrestlemania 31, right? Fans chant RKO RKO RKO RKO! Seth tells the group to trust Randy, well to Kane and the Mall Cops because as Seth says to Big Show

”No one cares what Big Show thinks”

Is this promo still going on? Randy asks about the Authority and questions what’s happened to them, he starts with Kane, refering to him as

”The Devil’s Favorite Dumbass!”

Next is the Big Show who Randy says he just,

”Bitches and Moans, feeling sorry for yourself!”

Then we go to Jamie Noble where randy insults his height and that he couldn’t get on any rides at Disney Land, ouch. Randy then sounds serious as he tells Seth Rollins that this whole time, he has been getting closer to him and when the time was right, he would strike and make Seth Rollins his ‘bitch’ He then goes on to say that he was only kidding around and tells the group to get a sense of humor (The look on Kane’s face says it all. Say what you will about Kane but he’s the smartest in the group) We then cut to an announcement regarding a man called Wiz Khalifa being a guest on the show tonight and this is met with boos….I thought he was from Pittsburgh so why are they booing there own?

Daniel Bryan is out next for the first match of the night and he is going to fight Bad News Barrett. Bryan stares at a ladder…what could that possibly mean? Once again R Truth is outside on commentary…no doubt he has some kind of scheme up his sleeves. #ICTitle, because why not? Are the commentators really talking about potatoes during a match?…Guys, theres a match going on, pay attention! Bad News is taking control as the commentators talk about…Potatoes..Daniel Bryan hits a high knee out of nowhere and it’s over.

 

it’s 0-4 for Barrett in the last month and I’m actually surprised that WWE knew that, considering that JBL and Booker T normally just chat about any nonsense during a match. Bryan gets hit by a Bullhammer but out comes Dean Ambrose and he attacks Barrett before competing in a match of his own against Stardust and R Truth still goes on about Potatoes!! ENOUGH ALREADY!! the fans are getting confused as they are calling Stardust Cody…I mean, why would they do that? #what’sinthebag WHO CARES! it is a good back and forth match between Ambrose and Stardust which concludes with the Dirty Deeds and a win for Dean Ambrose but as soon as the match is over, a brawl breaks out between Stardust, Dean Ambrose, Bad News Barrett, Luke Harper, Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan but as they fight, R Truth steals the belt but Barrett knows that he has and demands his belt back but unbeknownst to Bad News, R Truth gives him a toy IC Title…seriously though, would anyone have been able to really tell the difference?

   Looks the same to me?!

 

BTW, JBL’S hat has suddenly become magical, you all saw it fly onto the table by itself!

 

We learn about the Warrior Award which is in honor of the late, great Ultimate Warrior and the first person to be given such an honor is Connor Michalek, the little 8 year old boy who was battling cancer and I think that this is an awesome decision by WWE. R.I.P Connor

Now, we learn the truth about the future of Brock Lesnar…Well from what I can tell, it’s going to be the most obvious result in Wrestlemania history with Roman Reigns becoming the next champion (even though nobody wants that) They show a promo about Reigns in an attempt to get us behind him but it doesn’t work, I heard boos as soon as it ended, even Paul Heyman couldn’t do it, he called it a ‘Fan pleasing video!’ he goes on to promise that if anyone in the WWE attempts to screw Lesnar out of the championship, then as Heyman said

”They won’t leave WRESTLEMANIA ALIVE!”

Will we see actual murder at Wrestlemania?? Heyman goes on to mention the possibility of merging WWE’S Championship with UFC’S which was awesome and I think that this is a clear sign that Brock is indeed leaving the WWE after Wrestlemania 31, why else mention UFC at all? I don’t know but that’s the impression I got after the promo. As to who the champion will be is a mystery, Reigns looks likely to be the one but Rollins is the MITB holder so a sneak cash in could be on the cards. Loved Paul Heyman’s slip up on Bray Wyatt’s name tonight but apart from that, this part of Raw was pure gold!

Tag team action next as Kane/Big Show take on Erik Rowan/Ryback and all four men are in the Andre the Giant Battle Royal Match

Ryback beats up Kane until he gets hit by a big boot and a spear afterwards by Big Show. I’m a big Kane fan and I really miss the mask, Corporate Kane is just awful…we need the masked Devil to come back and put on a decent match…not this sorry excuse! Erik Rowan now beats up Kane and even the Big Show gets in on the action, accidentally K.O punching Kane, causing his team to lose (should have had the mask on Kane) Kane gets in Big Shows face but before anything can happen, Stephanie McMahon comes out and well

”SHUT UP BIG SHOW!”

Wow, this is embarrassing for two WWE Veterans, future hall of famers being treated as jokes. She tells them both to pack there bags and leave the arena…I hope Kane gets his mask back because of this…it’s the best opportunity for WWE to get it back on him. Next, we have the Miz and his embarrassing erectile dysfunction issues

Another Boring Sheamus returns promo…I’ll give him Three weeks and he’ll be stale and pointless again. never rated him that much but he is better as a heel then a face so if he does return, BE A HEEL!

Rumors fly about about the Plastic Twins….(Bellas) are not renewing there WWE contracts (Fingers crossed about that one) I might actually care about the Divas Division again…Bellas are nothing more than attention seeking that any serious WWE Fan can’t stand because

1. They can’t wrestle
2. Have no personality
3. Are more plastic than Human
4. Brie mode was a total shambles that no one cared about
5. Just Plain Boring
6. Total Divas sucked!

Powerful stuff by Rusev and it’s enough to bring Cena out who brawls with the Russian. Cena locks in the STF and Rusev eventually passes out, then Cena pours water on Rusev before locking the STF back in again. Lana begs John Cena and eventually gives Cena a U.S Championship match at Wrestlemania 31.

Bray Wyatt now and he has the Undertakers Urn, to raise the dead.

Back to Rusev who is angry with Lana for giving John Cena a match at Wrestlemania, they argue in Russian and he tells her to leave! Anyway, we cut to the failed experiment ‘The New Day’ Wow, this is boring…they should have been a Heel group because at the moment, watching paint dry is more entertaining then watching Xavier Woods wrestle. Maybe Bray Wyatt can use the Urn to raise Kofi Kingston’s and Big E credibility from the dead! Why would Natalya get on the apron to interrupt the match when there was no need (I think that spot went bad) Ok so New Day beat the champions…I hope that doesn’t mean a Title short for them at Wrestlemania! Here come the Usos as Naomi take on Natalya…hang on…I actually forgot to do the dishes and they really need to be washed before lunch so…

 Oh come on, can’t a Divas match last longer then 3 minutes?? Hang on, Los Matadores??? is this torture week for WWE? Sorry, I was distracted by Natalya thinking that she was a Tag Team Champion to care about the Matadores! and according to the CM Punk chants, neither does the crowd…anyway, the Matadores win the match so what does that mean…a Tag Team Turmoil or something???? who knows but normally the Tag Team division gets screwed at the big PPV.

Backstage, the mall cops warn Seth Rollinds about Randy Orton but he ignores there warnings, anyway back to Wyatt who cuts a promo about the Undertaker and his pride (Wait, didn’t Kane do this in 2010) He calls himself as the new face of fear! Will Taker accept the challenge? Wyatt reveals the Urn and even opens it but nothing is in it…or so it first appears as smoke appears followed by sounds of Thunder…then that well known gong that we all know and love. All of a sudden…Wyatt’s old rocking chair appears in the ring, only to be struck by lightning and Wyatt watches it burn before laughing maniacally

Main event time and out comes Roman Reigns…boos mostly, seriously doesn’t sound like a number one guy to me but still, this whole crowd has been quite quiet tonight so we’ll see how the crowd responds to him next week. During, the match Rollins sends the mall cops to the back and says that he and Orton have it under control (I don’t see this going back on Rollins at all) oh wait, Orton refused a tag and Reigns spears Rollins for the victory! he even sticks up his middle fingers at the Architect (That’s not PG Randy!)

Orton goes on to destroy Seth Rollins all over the arena and this includes a DDT of the barricade, forcing fans to take photos of Rollins been beaten which was hilarious because WE ALL KNEW THAT IT WAS COMING…seriously…who didn’t?

Oh if only Big Show and Kane could just come out and save Rollins…oh wait, they left…well J and J security could still come out and…oh wait, Rollins sent them to the back…good luck Seth! However, before the show started a rumor flew about a big meeting been held backstage and I can only imagine how that would have gone down.

Triple H: Randy’s putting you through a table so protect your neck out there!

Seth: No problem but don’t make me his bitch!

(Vince enters the room)

Vince: Ok, Brock looks like he’s leaving the company in a few weeks so I want Paul Heyman to make it look like Lesnar won’t lose the title without one hell of a fight, that will make Reign’s victory look all the more impressive

D Bryan: Are you for real?

Paul Heyman: Sir, I have to agree with Daniel…do you have any idea how difficult it will be to make Roman Reigns look like a million bucks in Pittsburgh!

Vince: Why? The fans love him?

Paul Heyman: No…they don’t….hell they only just like him a bit more then the entire Divas Division…well maybe not more then A.J or Paige but definitely more then Eva Marie and the Bellas!

Vince: What do you mean, Total Divas was a massive success that everyone watched and loved!

D Bryan: Was it?

Bad News: Next thing, he’ll say Scooby Doo and The Flintstone specials were number 1 hits as well

Brie Bella: Brie Mode!

D Bryan: Oh god (head in hands)

Vince: Tonight, I want Roman Reigns to face Seth Rollins and Randy Orton in a handicap match and we’ll have Roman beat them both easily, to make it look like he’ll bring a good fight to Brock Lesnar.

Paul Heyman: That sounds like it’ll just anger fans on the internet even more

Vince: How so?

Paul Heyman: Well sir, no one likes a guy who is near invincible, why do you think any fan over the age of eight boos Cena?

(Heyman scratches his head)

Triple H: How about Randy turns on Rollins, costing him the match to Roman?

Vince: Good one A.J…your still having a Tag Match at Wrestlemania!

Divas: NO! Please, we’ll be finished!

Vince: Listen, the fans love Reigns…they just don’t see it yet and before long, arenas all over the world will chant his name as he stays champion for 435 days! take that quitter!

D Bryan to Triple H : What’s Vince on?

Triple H: I don’t know but I want some

Vince: Rusev!

Rusev: Yes Vince?

Vince: Your losing the belt to Cena at Wrestlemania

Rusev: But why Cena?

Vince: Because…that’s why!

Rusev: But I’ll still be a strong heel afterwards…right?

Vince:…yeah…just like the Great Khali and Umaga were after they faced Cena…you’ll be fine

Triple H: Anyway guys, an hour until the Pre Show so places!

Vince: You’ll see…Reigns will be the greatest star of all time….Commentators….talk absolute rubbish during matches and have R Truth out there for a bit…bring a Potato sack with him as well…show random shots of JBL’s hat and get me another rocking chair!

Triple H: That’s right…and I bet The Bunny will be the one to end Rusev’s streak

Vince:…How did you know my plans???

Triple H:…sigh

Overall, this Raw gets a 5/10 but only because of Randy Orton, he saved this show from being a shambles because everything else is all over the place and it needs serious work on it because as of right now, Wrestlemania looks to be in trouble.
